Job Description
Our client based in Portlethen are looking for Mechanic to join their team asap, initially for 2 months.
The role is to support the Coiled Tubing workshop and prepare auxiliary equipment in preparation for offshore.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain Coiled Tubing and Pressure Pumping equipment.
• Assist in rig up and function/compatibility testing of equipment.
• Operate forklift when required.
• Communicate with the supervisor when unsure of the task at hand.
• Quickly adjusts to changing job assignments/requirements.
• Work with other team members safely.
• Fault finding in hydraulic circuits.
Desired Qualities/Qualifications
• Mechanical background
• Mechanical Qualification
• Able to work on diesel driven hydraulic equipment
• Coil tubing experience beneficial
• Knowledge of pressure control equipment
